Just added a player here and on the Murmuration main page that will stream all the songs from latest release to earliest.

When I get a minute more I’ll do the same for my other two projects.

Hope everyone is having an awesome holiday week.

Peace and love to you all.

  • To Not From – this weeks download

    To Not From

  • House cleaning

A bit late getting out this weeks tune. The blog is starting to take shape so I was doing a little re-organization on the back end.

Going to introduce each song on their own page with lyrics, additional posts and hopefully your comments!

Look for the next song a little later today!

  • Inside – this weeks free dowload

    Inside - Song Art

Inside features the incredibly talented Jen Crowe. Some of you may have caught us when we were doing a weekly show at Genghis Cohen. We recorded this song as well as a updated version of Soul Song (will be released too). Jen and I plan to record the acoustic versions from the set we did.

The Song Art this week comes from U.K artist: Joe Sutherland. I chose it because fractals are inward and infinite. Like the complexity of relationships which this song is about.

  • Lyrics now being added

Per request I will start posting the lyrics. Starting today with Amen form my debut recording.

  • Amen

    Amen

    I often feel a breeze
It sends me back to when
    My lover’s sent I breath
    Saying Amen
    Say Amen

    Let your worries fly away
She says they don’t have wings
    Well don’t you hurry
Love will bring you home to me
    Amen

    I often feel a breeze
It sends me back to when
    My lover’s lips I feel
    Pressed against my skin
    Say Amen.

  • How Can it Be? – new download of the week

    howcanitbe_thmb

How Can it Be – The Department of Redundancy Department called…again.

You know I love me some gizmos, so don’t get me wrong. This song is a poke with a wink and nod to the technology I embrace and create with. Sometimes it feels like a distraction though. Other tunes of mine had a darker ring to this idea of access but disconnection. Sensing a theme?

Anyway. I do tend to repeat myself. But I never say the same thing twice.
